Hi Vivi, This movie is something else, is a portrait of the shapping of a cultural change where you where born. It affected dating, social interactions, the role of VC’s, the tech culture. They don’t talk about it in the movie, but the launch of facebook and the launch of the iPhone together changed western society in a very deep level. I love the script by Aaron Sorkin and direction by David Fincher, the coldness of the actions, the relationships....
Hi Vivi, This movie was entertaining. I remember being 15 in the summer and going to the cinema to watch it with your uncle Niki. Little did I know that it was the beggining of a great franchise. I loved Tom Cruise’s work, but what he build on the shoulders of this movie was at the time invisible, now is a lovely film to enjoy by it self, but it means even more with what it came after it....
Hi Vivi, Last week I told you about Sturdust (2007), and you’re going to see that I love fantasy. Since I read Lord of the rings, any history set on a fantastic enviroment just reaches me. This one is special, because the movie is a tail that a grandfather is reading to his grandson while he is recovering in bed from being sick. There are so many new things in this tale, and it’s so funny and well executed that I quoted it for years....
Hi Vivi, This movie is a fantastic love story adapted to from the book writen by Neil Gaiman, and directed by Matthew Vaughn. It’s a lovely story about discovering what true love is and also what is the self-value of one. It melts my heart every time I see it. The cast is great, and full of old and new great actors… my favorite is Clair Danes as the Star....
Hi Vivi, This is one of my favourite Sci-fi movies, is intelectual and emotional. They play with the concept of first contact, language, math and time. But for me is about acceptance of life, and doing the hard things, not because they are hard, but because they have purpose. Je t’aime, Papá
