Hi Vivi,

I just saw this interview with Maisie Williams, and heard the story about her relationship with her dad. Nothing like our relationship but there is a broken family at the end.

I don’t know how you are living your experience, would love to sit down in the future and listen to anything you want to tell me when you feel like doing it.

The reason I post it here is to bring perspective that this is more common than we know, because people hold the hard moments close to their chest and it looks like everybody has better lifes than ourself. Hard moments in life are way common than people recognise. We have the ability deal with hardness through acceptance, healing and forgiveness, that’s a healthy way to evolve. The unhealthy way is to create a beareble lie to hold as truth and deny anything that exposes the lie, denial can work in short term until acceptance, but when hold it as a permanent state it blocks healing and forgiveness, and becomes a heavy burden to bear.
