This book is small dosis of philosophy to for self improvement. I love the format of having a daily title, a historic quote with a reflection.
Today’s title is “Self deception is our enemy” and talks about how if you belive that you already know about a subject you can’t learn. Buddhists say that you can’t fill a cup that is already full.
Just different ways to say the samething.
