Hi Vivi,
When you were like year and a half old I was telling you that it was time to go to sleep and you put your face on your hand in a resting position and did the wierdest sound, I didn’t understood and Mom said “that is how you sound when you sleep”.
Kids have a very honest way to reflect the reality and in this case the reality is that I had sleeping apnea and that noise was what I make to not die sofocated.
Yesterday I bought medical plaster and taped shout my mouth while sleeping, it forced me to sleep breathing through my nose, I didn’t snore or had apnea episodes. In the morning while having breakfast I felt the muscles of my jaw being a little bit sore.
In conclusion it’s a great first night doing this.
