Carcassonne, France on the 14th of july.
It’s my favourite one day trip.
Carcassonne has the old town and the new town. I only care about the old town and in any given day the old town is full of people, but on the 14th of july there is a militar parade at the new town and for a few hours the old town is empty and you can walk the streets and enjoy it a lot.
And when the night comes down around 23:30 the cherry on the top and you have a great firework show. And if you want to know something about me is that I love a great firework show.
